I found a solution, for whomever has a similar issue. I cleared the DTCs from the SRS system but the light staid on, then I noticed there was an airbag-related DTC in the body computer and clearing that worked

I had simular checks on my dash that they didnt make any sense. antipolution filter fil assistant, check injection etc. the car was working fine. The problem finally was the battery

greetings from Greece! I have bought my car at 2017. From the beginning and all these years i have a problem that the local nissan cannot fix. even though they have changed eveything again and again. When i travel on the high way for a long time, when i press the clutch (from 6th to 5th ) it feels "heavy". after i press it from 5th to 4th it gets normal again. (there is no problem with the gears) when i drive in the city or small distances that requires pressing the clutch often everythings works fine. The only problem is on the long distances when the time comes to press the clutch its seems to loose the hydraulic pressure. It gets really problematic when you travel for 5 hours or so.. Is there noticed the same thing? I have changed all these years almost everything that relates with it. It seems that the fluids are loosing their power from heat. (heat from engine?)

Had my qashqai 2.0 dci about 4 years now, when working on engine some while back I took it for a run without engine cover and air pipes on, amidatly noticed fuel consumption dropped, now getting 10 mpg more without air pipes.

You can find suppliers on eBay for stainless steel custom exhausts much better than original and not too expensive either Usually drive there and wait while they build you a system (or part system)

Hallo, I have a Pixo that at some point started having the airbag light permanently on. I diagnosed it and found the following. Back-up: 31.529 V Battery: 11.094 V Channels: 6 Driver A/B: 2.881 ohm Passenger A/B: 2.352 ohm Driver P/T: 2.264 ohm Passenger P/T: 2.323 ohm Driver S/B: 2.205 ohm Passenger S/B: 2.058 ohm Module (K-Line): 38910-68K1*/38910-80J0 DTC: 0/2 B1084: Driver side-sensor short to power circuit or open B1094: Passenger side-sensor short to power circuit or open I have the doubt that the issue started when the battery got flat, and I read there can be problems with this draining the airbag backup battery. However the diagnostic says backup battery voltage is 31.529. I checked the wiring under the seat (as far as one can see under there) and it seems ok, disconnected and reconnected the yellow connector and seemes to be clean. Any ideas on what’s wrong?

Hi, My Navara 2013 D40 is on its second set of glow plugs and second relay in a year but every so often it goes into fault and puts engine management light on which will eventually reset itself. Two separate garages have never resolved this problem. Has anyone on here had same problem and how did you resolve it?

T32 2016reg can someone post a picture of the label that is supposed to be on door frame. All I have is a barcode label with vin number. Handbooks with car says to check label on door frame! I have to take a longish journey 3 up. 19 inch wheels plus spare wheel . Dealer said 36 psi all round.

It should be up to the job and if not then an oil cooler may be needed

Hi All, I recently bought a facelift D40 Nissan Navara and unforunately one of the headlight units needs replacing. I was going to use this as an opportunity to change up the grille on the front and maybe modernise the light units to may be LED. However after doing a bunch of research it became clear that all the LED headlight units and nice grilles are only for the pre-facelift D40 and do not work on the facelift model. It seems this is to do with the dimensions of the grille more than anything but I couldn't find anything conclusive. What I wanted to ask was, is it possible to fit prefacelift headlights to a facelift model if I change the grille too? Or are the differences more than just the grille? Thanks in advance

Hi can anyone recommend a diagnostic Scanner that works on nissan lafesta Highway Star 2011, for abs code reading & reset? "The Lafesta Highway STAR is simply a Mazda5 , even the interior is exactly the same, including the 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine " So do I invest in a scanner for Mazda or Nissan? Very little info on scanners relating to it. You'd think nissan would be more customer supportive, & have a data base for this on their home page. Big let down.

I have a 20-plate 1.3 petrol Connecta with extremely firm suspension. Drives well with no odd noises, recent MOT, but anything above a journey of 10 miles over normal roads gives enough shocks through the seat to cause significant discomfort. Even had complaints that mobile phone texting from rear seats is impossible !!!! Anyone found similar problems?

Hi all. I need to replace the clockspring on my 60 plate Nissan Note however all the "compatible parts" are not at all what came off the car and in struggling to find one that fits right... I've ordered 2 so far that were supposed to fit; 1st) had an extra wire and not enough plugs and the 2nd) was bang on except the centre nub was too small to fit over the bearing. It seems like the only place I can get one is from the main dealership but that's going to cost more than the car itself is worth. Has anyone else had this problem or know where I can find an E4 Clockspring pp-GF10-T10. Thanks

My rear passenger door will open from the outside when the car is locked. I can lock myself in using the key fob and tried all positions on child lock. New lock fitted by garage who then said it was a wiring fault in the door pillar and it worked for a brief period. now back to square one. During all this time the lock has actuated and disabled the internal handle when locking but not the external. I'm baffled!
