Someone ran into the front end of my pathfinder drivers wing damaged and bumper. Car wouldnt start after the collision is there a safety fuse that could have blown? Ignition comes on and something ticks but wont start.

I had a bump over the weekend in my pathfinder someone ran into the front end. Damage not too bad, but car wont start. Is there a safety fuse that stops car starting? Ignition comes on something ticks but just wont start. The key symbol light is green on the dash
