  1. Hi everyone, I have a 1995 1.0L k11 Micra, which has been good as gold since I bought it last year. There's one niggle, however. It has a highly erratic temperature reading. Usually around 5 - 10 mins into a journey the needle on the temperature gauge suddenly (within 1 second) rises from the usual mid temp, to the very top red sections, and sometimes beyond. It can stay there several mins sometimes, other times a few seconds, and then immediately drops back down into the mid position again. It never drops below mid position. Sometimes, the temperature gauge doesn't play up at all, although this is quite rare. I find it strange, as it runs perfectly and shows no signs of physically overheating. Could it be a faulty temperature sensor? I welcome any suggestions! Thanks in advance!
