Hi....welcome to the Forum

I'm not 100% sure but you may be able modify the braking system to take it out of the equation and replace with copper pipes to bypass it completely and remove it from the vehicle.

It would only be used to compensate for weight and add more pressure to the rear brakes to aid braking, which probably not be too noticeable when braking.
If it passes the MOT on brake efficiency then it would be suitable for road use.
