I bought an Elgrand converted to a campervan. Very nice job, but all the controls have Japanese text and the handbook I got doesn't help much. Does anyone know anything about the Elgrand?

I would use google lens and translate functions to define which controls do what

I used Lens on my old Alphard years ago.. worked a treat. once settings set up then let it be.
