nissan micra 2014 the ignition lights up when i turn the key but when I turn to start it won't start. Also, as soon as I turn it on the radiator fan comes up although the engine is cold. The battery is ok. I drove the car all day, today, and after parked for a couple of hours this happened.

I would say the first place to start is the battery and terminals (ensure they are clean and tight) from there i would check the battery condition to ensure it is fully charged.
If its not charged then check the alternator drivebelt and see if the red Ignition lamp comes on goes off when the engine is turning
