    HI , so applied wd40 however noise was still present , especially when accelerating . . Engine wasnt so cold but noise still remained ..

    FYI this is mainly when engine is cold and in mornings. Ticking gets quicker as i accelerate . Once engine has warmed up, the noise is barely audible.
