    Locked out with engine running

    JJ45 posted a topic in General Nissan Owners Lounge
    Hi, The car is a micra1.2 59 reg.I started the engine and then began to wipe the ice off the windscreen with the engine still running. When I had finished, I tried to get back into the car, but the doors had locked. To cut a long story short, a friend managed to bring me home to get the spare keys to open the car. Any ideas as to why this happened? JJ45
