    Note 1.5 dci 2016 overcharging fault *fixed*

    Hi everyone, had a 2016 1.5 dci in today, battery light, handbrake warning (with hb on/off) and start stop light flashing on dash. checked charging rate and was 15-16 volts! tested battery, failed test. fitted new battery & still over charging . managed to track it down to a blown fuse in the end caused by excessive voltage due to the smart charge system trying to keep the battery going..
