    Nissan micra k12 rev counter

    My car is in a local garage having had the steering column and motor replaced ( common problem I understand) the garage have just phoned me to say the car is ready for collection apart from the rev counter not working correctly!!I told them I'd never previously had a problem with it, they told me the don't believe it's anything they could have done as the didn't work any where new the rev counter. An suggestions as to what it could be? Cheers chris
