    bottom arms on nissan cabstar 18 plate

    Hello,i changed bottoms arms on a cabstar today at work and had to fight against the spring to fit them/get them to line up using bars,bojers and two transmission jacks I faffed quite a bit to fit them and im just wondering if there is any advice anybody has to make the job easier because o think there has to be a better way to do this job with the spring fighting against you
