    Manufacturer's dating letter

    Hi, I recently imported a Nissan Elgrand from Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I lost the original non-UK registration document, so DVLA has advised me to get a dating letter from the manufacturer. I contacted Nissan UK, who informed me to speak to Nissan Japan, who came back with a typical scripted reply, basically saying they cannot provide documented information for exported cars. Right now, I'm stuck so I hoping someone out there can help or point me in the right direction. Cheers Richard
