    Stereo system in Nissan Micra

    I have a 2016 Nissan Micra which has a USB port as the aux input. I would like to play minidiscs from an external portable minidisc player which has a 3.5mm jack output. I would therefore need a jack-to-USB adaptor to do this but I have been told that not all such adaptors will work for this purpose. Can anyone enlighten me, please?
