  1. Hi I have a 2017 Nissan Qashqai J11 St auto petrol model. The orange malfunction indicator light has been on for a while now. I have had the vehicle several times to an auto electrician who has reset it and the code was P0303 with the message that the 3rd cylinder is fisfiring. I have also had it to the local Nissan dealer who again reset it with the same error code showing up. It has had a new coil ignition pack put in as well as a standard service with new spark plugs. It has recently started to shudder a bit when driving and the motor has cut out and stopped when I am stationery. It restarts again when I turn it over. I have taken it to another mechanic and they have swapped the 3rd and 4th injectors to see it that would make a difference. The malfunction light has stayed off, however they got me to take the car on a drive at a speed of 100klms to see what happened. In doing this, the light came back on for a few seconds and went off again but the motor cut out again when I stopped at an intersection. They have rescanned it again and it is now showing that the 4th cylinder is fisfiring which indicates that the injector/s need replacing. Just wondering if anyone else has had this situation before and what the outcome was. Thank you. Debbie. Queensland
