Coolant and oil for Nissan Micra 1.0 S reg??

Hi there,

Just bought an S reg Micra 1.0 petrol.

Its low on coolant and could do with some oil too. Can anyone advise me on which products to get and where? I dont know a great deal about cars but would imagine Halfords would have the right stuff?
