2009 Xtrail CD Changer broken - help!!

First post here.

 

We have a 2009 Xtrail Aventura which has a CD stuck in the 6 CD changer (along with 5 other CD's) . No way of getting it out, a local auto electrician couldn't do much. As it is part of the satnav and phone it graunches horribly every time you turn on the ignition with no way of turning it off.

 

Nissan want thousands for a replacement.

 

Surely this has happened many times before.

 

Help!
