Hi, I have had Datsuns through to Nissans and would like some advice. I have just bought a 2002 QX, The key fob only unlocks the car but I thought it should also be able to open boot? The Nav system is bleeping but thats it. Any advice would be great. Thanks Ken  Can anybody give me some help?

I just bought a 2004 QX and may not have the answer, as I am still finding my way around the technical stuff.

Can you not open your boot at all, or just not with the remote?

I see there is a knob/button in the arm rest on drivers side that will open the boot for my model.

Before the Maxima I had a Mercedes S320, and can I tell you, that thing has too many electronics for my liking. After 4 years of driving it I still have'nt figured it all out.

Hopefully you have sorted your problem by yourself.
