Rear N/S brake binding on a Pixo

Got told today by the garage the rear neaside brake shoe is binding on the drum.

I was surprised. The car is not even 4 years old and has brake issue already.

I am looking at the brake cable/adjuster or dirt inside the hub as possible causes. Has anyone got any other checkpoints?
