Murano arb bushes

Hi.

Ive an 05 Murano that needs arb bushes changing. I've done the drivers side which took hours. Very awkward the way I went about it.

I wonder if there's an easier way to access the passenger side and if anyone can advise please. I've wheel ramps and jacks but I reckon a lift is required to successfully do the job without losing the plot and wishing harm on the car.
