Correct Engine Oil

Hi, we have recently purchased a 2004 Nissan Navara D22 Kingcab and are not sure on what the best engine oil is for this vehicle. We understand 5W-30 would be fine but we need to know the correct specification because you can't just put in any 5W-30 oil into it. Many thanks in advance for any advice and/or information anyone can give.
