Oil leak from turbo

My navara has been off the road for a few months as somebody reversed into the side of it it took the repair garage 4 months to get the job done ,anyway we got it back 2 weeks ago and have driven it on long runs a couple of times. It has now developed an oil leak on the turbo its 18plate with 60k miles ,is this a problem with the navara as it has been done before under warranty
