Radio cigarette lighter not working

Hi there, I have a 2010 nissan pixo and the radio and cigarette lighter have stopped working.  I have changed a couple of the fuses (4 and 19) but it has made no difference. Has anyone got any idea what it could be. Thanks

It would be advisable to change the fuses in case there is a slight fracture that cannot be easily seen

After that then you will need to check the circuits with a multimeter to determine where the fault is
