Nissan Note Premium 1.2 reg 2015 searched handbook is it normal to always have a fan running when ignition switched on I've turned all the Dashboard press buttons off but a fan ? noise is permanently running inside car concerned for battery. Second question is the idling of the Note always very weak just ticking over. I am new to Nissan Note.
