Hi, i have a nissan qashqai 2008 turned the ignition off went to start it again less than 60s after key turned all normall on dasboard but wouldnt kick in there is no ticking noise just nothing happens any help appreciated

I have tried another battery didnt woek i have a second key thats does not work im trying to locate the starter relay but cant dind it
