Hi

Have a 2006 Micra with factory fitted stereo but looking to replace. However, I am having difficulties identifying the correct ISO adapter.  Is anyone able to recognise the correct adapter from the wiring photo attached?

I think it is a standard Nissan adapter which they sell in Halfords

I bought one for my X-Trail from them years ago and worked fine (with the exception that it did not utilise the steering wheel controls)
