Vibration at 120kph

Featured Replies

My 2011 Auto Navara, 80000kms, has a vibrstion at 120kpm. Not tyres or tracking, coming through body. Had a transfer case seal replaced. Not a bad vibration but noticable and annoying seems to be worse when cold and driving around sweeping bend on motorway. Dealer not able to sort it.

If the propshaft had to be removed for the transfer case seal to be replaced then maybe it hasn't been put back in the same position?
You could eliminate this by putting a jubilee clip on the propshaft(s) and test run the vehicle and if necessary, turn the clip slightly to another position to see if that changes the vibration
