Replacement blower motor

Hi all, I bought a 2013 Note in December. The blower stopped working and after replacing the resistor card and fuses I got a mechanic to check the blower motor and it is kaput. The problem is I can't find a replacement for it anywhere. It seems to be completely different to any other blower motor in existence. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Maybe worth visiting a local motor factors and see if they recognise it as being used in any other vehicle (e.g. Renault as they make some of the Nissan models and may use some components in the Note)
