New member. Primera Power Steering Tube

Featured Replies

Greetings all, I am writing from Rome and I own a Primera (P12) 2.2 Di 126CV / 93kW since 2003. I have the problem of replacing the power steering tube, the original spare part is no longer sold and it seems to be very difficult to build it because I cannot find the connections. I hope someone can give me some advice. Thanks for the attention.

Sincerely

Thank you for your advise but it seems that specific components (connectors) that should be replaced cannot be found.

Not sure if these are parts that can be removed as the pipe remanufacturer can simply replace the damaged section and the connectors stay the same
Alternatively, they would more than likely be able to source something or change the style of connector with a new male and female connectors

Worth trying to see if it can be sorted through a local hydraulic pipe repair company.....I have used a local one to me for years and never failed yet on a particular job yet!
