Reverse light & rear camera.

Featured Replies

Hi; just replaced the camera & reverse light switch on NP300 gearbox.                       As the rear camera & reverse light just stopped working. Checked the fuses in glove box & under bonnet & all were ok. Also checked the connector in rear tailboard which seemed ok.
so took advise, brought a be new  switch from Nissan dealer & changed it on the gearbox.
But after fitting new switch, the rear camera & reverse light still not working. Must say that the front cameras were before & are still working ok on the sat nav screen. Please can anyone  advise me, have I missed a fuse or relay somewhere??

Maybe the wiring has broken where it runs through the tailgate to the vehicle body
Sometimes the wiring can break in this way as the movement of opening and closing does this

Check the integrity of the wiring between the two areas
