Hybrid battery for Nissan Note 2021

I purchased a Nissan Note 2021 recently and It is my first hybrid car. I noticed that out of the 4 battery points on the speedometer. Only, 2/4 battery points charges. I need to understand how Nissans battery system works and should I get the battery pack or the auxiliary battery checked?
