I have a 2010 370Z Roadster, and while putting the roof up to escape the glorious British weather the internal mechanism just behind my right shoulder decided to eat the cover plate that slots in to place when the roof goes down. I'm trying to find someone in the South West that can diagnose and do the mechanical repair but I am struggling to find anyone. Can anyone help with recommending a trusted mechanic that can conduct this kind of work? Or better still a soft-top specialist that can assist?

I would imagine a vehicle trimmers that specialise in convertible roof may be able to assist as they may know where to source the parts and the original cause and rectification of the fault.
