Cameras and sensors stop working- crash icons on dash

I have a 2023 Murano Platinum with only 12,000 miles and in the past 2 weeks my backup camera and "sensors" all the way around the vehicle have stopped working and I have 2 "crash like" icons that show up on my dash. When I turn the car off and restart they go away- I know this doesn't seem like a big deal- but it's a "pain"! Has anyone else experienced? And yes I know it's under warranty- just trying to get an idea of what's going on? TIA!
