Hi all i have a 2008 acenta, just had a new starter motor in it and now it as a squeezing which sounds like it is coming from around the alternator area it dose not make the noise when starting up it makes it as I drive but only in 1,2,3,4 gear as I speed up and go into 5,6 gear the squeezing seems to go, I did think it was the brake pads on front drivers side in which case I know need changing but as the sound as gone on for a few day it seems to be more around the alternator belt area
