Marc Bona Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I just tried taking down my spare tire to check the air pressure. Needless to say, I don't think it had ever been out. Due to the cold climate (Salted winter roads, Northern Canada), the bolt was very rusty and try as I might, no lube was enough and I snapped the bolt in the "hook" assembly that holds the spare tire carrier up under the car. Does anyone have a usable bolt and hook assembly that they'd be willing to sell?
