Help with installing a km to mph can bus module

Hi there looking at importing a Nissan Serena c26 hybrid to the UK. And wanted advise on installing a can bus km to mph module on the dash the seller has sent me a picture of the loom where he says it will need to be installed. Just wanted help identifying the can wires back there as the unit I'm looking at has cancelled I. And out wires the unit is designed to be installed in series

Any help appreciated
