  2. hi, welcome to the club I suggest getting a smart repair done on this as will only get worse over time. not too expensive.
  3. Hi mate, welcome to the club First thing you you need to do is check the chassis at the weak point between the cab and tub, there was a recall on these and you need to check you can get this sorted first. is the chassis got holes in it or just surface rust? if surface rust then you just need to cheam it all up and spay on dinitrol Then when that has set and hardened, get buzzweld Lanolin and spray the underside of the car a couple of times, You can spray lanolin every year, its really easy to do yourself. see the chassis snap here: https://practicalmotoring.com.au/car-news/nissan-d40-navara-caught-chassis-snap-drama/
  4. Sorry to hear this mate. Must be a nightmare for you. You will probably need to get it stripped and repaired or a recondition engine fitted. You need to make sure its a proper company that does the work so the engine is warranted. Dealer will be too expensive probably. Once repaired, you can hand the car back (you usually can do this half way through the finance term anyway) or pay the balloon and sell the car privately.

  16. We were sick of trawling the internet endlessly for good automotive stuff. Why can't it be all in one place, we asked? Well it can be! So we have decided to build our own marketplace with all things automotive. This is just the beginning. Future plans are to create an entire marketplace, featuring everything car related. Welcoming sellers from our own community, as well as sourcing the best products for our members. We aim to get the best products and deals available...all in one place. Your comments and feedback on the products will form a valuable source of insight to other members, and as ever, your feedback is most welcome. Please check out the shop, we are still beta testing it but everything should work as it should. http://www.nissanownersclub.com/shop
  17. Hi and welcome to the club thanks for sharing pics of your ride.. she looks a beauty!
  18. Hi Rob I think you may need to give them another chance to fix the problem first, if they mess up then you should then demand from headquarters that it gets rectified or a new car replaced. Don't let them fob you off. Keep on at them until your are satisfied.
  19. Hi Welcome to the Nissan Owners Club! Small thought about your issue Do you have car mats in your Qashqui? Are they thethered mats? It is common for the pedal to get stuck under the mat, I myself have also had a runaway car, but realised the bottom of the accelrator got caught on the mat. Let us know what the outcome was :)
  20. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Defo sounds like a gear selector is bust.
