Hi I have a 2007 navara the steering wheel controls don't work including the horn and cruise control and all audio buttons and the airbag light is on. The stalks do work. I believe this is a common fault from what I have seen on line but can anyone give me a definite diagnosis on this problem as opinions do vary. Thanks.

White Nissan xtrail 2.5 petrol for sale. Engine fault so doesn't drive. 18" alloys and chrome side steps and chrome side bars. Leather interior. I have spoken to an auto electrician and they think it is the squibb ring inside the steering wheel. They will be investigating it tomorrow. Thank you
