    Nissan X trail 2003 interior light question

    Hi guys and gals. Recently bought a Nissan X trail 2.2 diesel on a 2003 53 plate. Just a quick one... when I unlock the doors the interior lights come on as they should...however the roof light in the boot and rear passenger seat all light up nicely but nothing at all in the drivers (cockpit) area. This light only appears to have one bulb and button that does come on when you press it on but not when the car door is opened or when it is unlocked? Firstly is the light supposed to come on, may be worth mentioning that my electric sunroof isnt working either...dont known if this is connected?
