Oil Cooler leak

Hello everybody...

New in this forum, as I just recently bought my X-Trail (Second hand), and already have some issues need taking care of.

After browsing the Internet quite some time, I figured out the ammount of model differences within only couple of years is quite big.

My X-Trail is 2006, T30 model, Engine code QR25DE.

Now, I have a leaking oil issue which seems to come from the oil cooler unit (At least this is what my mechanic sees) and the oil drips down causing of course burning oil smell and smoke from time to time. The leak BTY is not that bad so I can stil drive the car paying attention to the oil level.

The problem is I can't find the correct rubber o-rings that suit this model. Tried E-Bay but can't seem to find someone who sells only those two rubber rings.

The Nissan agency in my country would not sell the rubber rings only but offer the entire cooling unit, which costs a lot and not really necessary. No one to talk to over there :(

Can someone please assist me with finding what these o-rings part number is, and how can i get couple of new ones?
