Hi. I have a brand new Nissan Quashqi and ever since having it the climate control does not work. If I set it to 16 degrees with air con button on the car heats to over 24 degrees. If I turn it to 17, the car heats to 32 degrees. Nissan UK and Nissan Bedford are saying its a characteristic of the vehicle?? Has anyone else had the same issue?

Common fault on Qashqai is condenser failure. Perhaps your A/C system doesn’t have gas in and isn’t working accurately.
