2022 Infotainment system - how do I cancel route guidance?

I've recently 'upgraded' from a 67 plate 1.2 Qashqai to the 'top of the range' model. Wish I hadn't. Too many bells & whistles and the satnav system is nowhere near as user friendly. Does anyone know how to cancel route guidance once it's started? It was so easy before -AND it's impossible to import speedcam data!
