Hello all

I have a nissan nv200 1.5 diesel 

This van has had this problem since I have had it, it is so random can go three months with no issues then it can do it twice in a week.

It is usually a good starter so I can tell when this happens as it just turns over and does not start then I usually have to lift hood spray a bit of easy start in air intake hose to get it to go.

If I dont do that you usually get two tries then when you try the third time dash board lights just flash and makes a funny like siren noise 

Its like something is stopping fuel

I have had a new fuel filter and non return valve fitted I have been tempted to buy a second hand ECU to see if that does anything hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
