Radio not working

Hi, I have a 2009 Nissan pixo, my radio hasn’t been working since owning the car, I’ve replaced the radio unit and it’s still not working.

the cd tray powers when you press the button and the lights on the radio also work but there is nothing on the display and can’t get any sound either.

 

any suggestions please?
