Electric boot not working after a flat battery event

Hi everyone, 

I had a flat battery situation and had to use a bit playing with the lock/unlock on the key to open my boot on Nissan X-Trial 2017, diesel, 7 seater. 

The boot locks but now it won't open using the boot button or the key or even the button on the dashboard. 

Any idea what the issue is here please?
