  2. One thing that confuses me about my Nissan Qashqai e-Power is how the engine revs don’t seem to match road speed at all. The engine can be loud even when driving slowly. I know it’s not directly driving the wheels, but it still feels odd. Is this normal behaviour on the Nissan Qashqai e-Power and something you just get used to over time? Thank you

  4. Juke owner here, just thought i would pop by and say hi.. you may see me frequent the boards often. :) Have a great xmas
  5. My 2016 Nissan Leaf is taking longer than usual to charge on my home 7kW wallbox. Has anyone with the same model year run into slow-charging issues, and was it caused by the onboard charger, the wallbox, or a problem with the charging port?

  7. Sorry, just had another look at the symbol and it has the two lines up the side which would suggest that it may be to do with lane guidance. But still worth checking that the rear bumper for sensors (easily identifiable by their circular shape around the size of a 50pence piece. If it is lane guidance then it sounds like the ADAS is playing up and needs resetting.

  10. It has a camera in the rear, so does it mean it will also have sensors at each corner
  11. Hi @Sam Deano64 - Welcome to the club. Any aftermarket dampers such as Koni will improve the handling over the standard equipment. Worth running a search on eBay for reputable brands and relatively easy to fit and you will see an immediate improvement
  12. Hi @Isaac - welcome to the club I would put money on the hybrid system kicking in and out which can cause a slight 'stumble' when it cycles so wouldn't worry about it unless it gets any worse.
  13. I know there are boot organisers on the market that suit most cars but not sure which one would be best to even if they custom make them to suit the vehicle. Worth doing a search on eBay for what is available for the Qashqai
  14. It looks like the rear parking sensors are playing up - maybe covered in mud or something else obstructing them or one of them is faulty. If you put the car in reverse with the ignition on and engine off then go to the back of the car and each sensor should make a very quiet clicking sound if they are working...if not then replace the faulty sensor
  15. Hi @Bebop Cowboy ...welcome to the Club Had a few X-Trails myself and they are superb to drive - never really tried them off-road though. Good to have you onboard!

  22. I own a 2016 Nissan Qashqai and am wondering if it’s possible to add more organised boot storage for tools and travel gear. Has anyone modified the boot layout on this model year, and what solutions worked best?

  26. Hi guys for those with a 2021 Juke Gen II, has anyone upgraded the suspension to improve comfort or reduce body roll? Curious about real world improvements? sam
  27. Thanks for the add My 2024 Qashqai e‑Power sometimes hesitates when accelerating gently between 20–40mph. Has anyone diagnosed the cause, software behaviour, a sensor problem??, or hybrid energy management quirks? Cheers Guys

  30. I would be measuring the glow plugs (old and then compare to new) at least so you could identify which cylinder(s) is at fault.

New to pathfinders. After doing some light modifications for a bit of off road use and was wondering what stealth winches people are using. Would like to keep the original bumper. Any guides about. Tia
  32. used to see this with black electrical tape. does the job.
  33. Hi Trev . It's " Glow plug fault on circuit A" on my reader .
  34. What fault codes are you getting from the scanner readout?
  35. You could try covering the beam pattern in the correct portion of the headlamp with cardboard (and bluetack) before fitting the stickers. This way you can see if the beam pattern is no longer pointing to the kerb (UK spec lights) and it doesn't necessarily have to deflect it to the other side but just not dazzling the oncoming traffic. This means it may reduce your vision on the kerbside (European spec lights) but at least you are legal.

  38. Hello everyone , I'm Steve, a new member & would appreciate any help with my 1.6 dci 2012 qashqai. my obd reader indicated a faulty circuit A , I replaced all glow plugs , but problem persists , long cranking especially in cold weather , to start the car . I gather the relay or fuse may be responsible , but unsure of there location & accessibility . Any help appreciated ! Thanks
