  1. Without seeing the van, im gathering that the dealer is forcing the van to regen. If this is the case and the ash accumulation in the dpf is so bad, well its pointless what they are doing then. You need to get live data from diagnosics see how bad the back pressure is in the exhaust/dpf. A clean dfp should be between 5-14 m/bars at ideal and read aboit 60 mbars pressure at round 3k rpm. Imo your van needs a proper dpf clean aka dpf cleaning fluid sprayed into the dpf through the pressure hose.. I would advise bringing the van to a trustworthy tec mechanic to help with this issue other than main dealers because this will cause more problems around the engine most likely when your warranty runs out!🤦🏼‍♂️
  2. So the faults on the dash need to be cleared. Then you can enter service intervals options, reset that and there will be an oil reset option on diagnostics that has to be reset also. Standard dios wont have this option it has to be good equipment. Hope this helps with your problem
  3. The van underwent a full engine rebuild as it had taken in flood water. It was minorly hesitant at 2k rpm from 3rd on. The high pressure full pump was put back on being a tooth or 2 out of sync with timing hence this code. Would have been a long time changing sensors if it wasnt diagnosed properly... 😅👏🏽
  4. Thats great, sometime that can ne linked to that. Has the service interval option been reset on the dash recently?
  5. Update on this. Had the van in with Main dealers. They didnt know what was wrong with the van and were reluctant enough about taking it on to try fix it. It was showing fault code P0002. Generic current Fuel volume regulator control circuit range/performance. I took the van back and deciden to book it in with my brother who is a diesel mechanic. Fault turned out to be that the high pressure pump was not timed correctly with the cam that rotates it After setting it up correctly and after 10seconds of starting all the lights on the dash vanished and is running perfectly now. Another one for the scrap book.😆
  6. What i would do first is check to see if the outside air temperature indicator is working and moving up an down according to outside temperature on the dash. If it is moving up and down i would still not rule out that the sensor is still not the problem. Next i will ask if the drivers wing mirror ever got damaged and needed replacing at any stage?
  7. Hi, Is the van showing any fault codes or is it that you just notice thst the oil gets thin or what exactly is the issue?
  8. Hey guys, I have a 2.0 120 m9rv710. I have multible faults on the dash. Check injection Check Esc Check hillstart assist And of course engine failure hazard is on the dash. I done alot of research on what it could be and limited to info. I did find some suggestion about replacing the battery. The battery went dead recently on the van and got a full recharge and it starts up with a strong turn over and runs at 13.4v while running. Anyone had a similar issue? Thanks
  9. Update- Torque settings are the exact same as the older 2.0l engine. (M9R780). These 2.0l 120 (M9RV710) use the same timing kit also. Hope this helps some poor soul out along the way.
  10. Hi, Sadly the vehicle is not on warranty. The engine had gotten a fully rebuild and clearly this code is from a sensor picking up trapped air in the coolant system as it was full and bleed out but after a day or 2 of driving i noticed the coolant bottle was at min and would you believe the fault code light went out.. Happy out till the next fault...😆
  11. Hi all, Looking for help on a fault code that i have on my 2021 2.0 120 nv300. It has the stop sign and service light on and the traction control light is on also. The van drives perfectly fine 99% of time but gives a bit of hesitation the odd time. Diagnostic is showing fauly code p1028-38 Electronic pump unit. I cant seem to find anything relating to where i should look for the problem. Anyone be able to shed light on the issue? Thanks

  13. Hi all, Hope everyone is doing well. I recently buy an nv300 with a blown engine from water intake. 3 bend con rods was the issue. After tearing the engine apart and sourcing the fixing parts I am currently stuck as ive tried a few places to get the torque settings for the head bolts for this engine but with no luck. I was hoping maybe someone might possess this info on an up to date auto data package... maybe.. Another thing is the timing set up and/or special tool kit for doing it..? Any help on this would begreat.ly appreciate. Thanks
