Kaysiebabes Posted March 31, 2013 Share Posted March 31, 2013 Hi I'm a new member.After a flat battery last week I had a new one fitted yesterday and although all the ignition warning lights came on and I could set rest the radio the car won't start.It has keyless ignition system and the " key" sign was lit but won't even start with the key.The car had to be transported by breakdown service .Any ideas? Does the ECU have to be reset after disconnecting battery? It's as though it no longer recognises key. Key remote is working fine to unlock car , even from a distance.
