Help With Nissan Connect Bluetooth

Hi All,

This is my first post.I am pretty sure that my query will be answered.

I am a newbie to bluetooth connectivity in cars. I have a 2010 Reg Nissan
Micra with the Nissan Connect Sat Nav. I was playing around with the
bluetooth and managed to pair my Samsung Galaxy S2 successfully. I can
make/receive calls and also stream music from my phone through the
Bluetooth. My query is how do I scroll through the contacts on the sat
nav screen using the steering wheel controls? Also is there a way of
finding a contact or jumping directly to a contact my pressing the
initials,for example if I need to call Nick is there a way to directly
find Nick or a way to select "N" so that it scrolls all the way to the
first contact in list whose name starts with the letter "N"? Its is a
pain to scroll all the way down to Nick by constantly tapping on the
touch screen.
