Is it possible to change the double DIN bluetooth 6 disc in dash equipped Micra K12 to a Connect Navigation unit?

Obviously the GPS antenna will need to be added but are the other plugs the same and will it have to be "matched" to the car?

Pity you had no replies iam doing same with a k13 - put sat nav in works but need wiring altering and Nissan security blocks unit after 5 mins because not matching Vin numbers - trying dealer to have unit reprogrammed.
