Hello,

In my 2013 Note N-Tec+ i have a connect 1 system. I have bought a memory stick to play music through the system but it is rather temperamental in detecting the stick.

I have formatted it in FAT32 as i saw a post on another site saying that is what the system can use. I think the issue may be that it is USB 3.0 but as a computer guy I can't think of an actual reason for this. It is a brand new Sandisk 16GB USB3.0 that I bought specifically for this purpose.

Any Help would be greatfully received as i am driving close to 200 miles tomorrow and don't want to be swapping CDs.
